The penthouse
One large room under the roof
The penthouse is a single large room beneath the roof of Riederau’s founding farm. Instead of partition walls, an old barn door creates places to retreat without taking away the sense of space. Plenty of light falls through the glazed façade.
At the touch of a button, the two double beds glide out of the knee wall and disappear again during the day, turning the bedroom into a living room with leather sofa, two armchairs and fireplace.
You cook in the open kitchen with Bora hob, oven and bean-to-cup coffee machine. The two separate bathrooms, one with a large rain shower, have washstands made of wood by the American artist John Williams.

Prices and rules
The nightly rate includes 2 guests; the maximum is 4. Each additional guest per night, depending on the season: adults from 12 years €75.00–85.00, children aged 7 to 11 €37.50–42.50, children up to 6 €18.75–21.25.

Frequently asked questions
Are children welcome?
Yes. Children count towards the 2 included guests; beyond that, the lower children’s rates apply. A baby travel cot and a high chair are available on request.
Can I charge my electric car?
Yes, two charging points are reserved for our guests, plus charging spots for e-bikes and a lockable garden shed.
Where do I park?
Directly in the car park on the right in front of the house, or on the street. Please do not park on the left side of the car park; those spaces are rented out.
Are pets allowed?
No, pets are not permitted.
