Entire Estate
Three levels, one house, nobody else
Book the Entire Estate and Riederau’s founding farm is yours: ground floor, first floor and penthouse, connected by the house’s staircase. Nobody else stays on the estate.
Meals are shared in the farmhouse Stube at the extendable table, with a side table for all 15 guests, and there are two kitchens to cook in. Anyone looking for quiet will find it in the penthouse under the roof, in the lounge with fireplace or in the garden.
The estate is ideal for family gatherings across three generations, groups of friends and small celebrations. For a wedding ceremony or a blessing, the chapel is part of the property.

Prices and rules
The nightly rate includes 7 guests; the maximum is 15. Each additional guest per night, depending on the season: adults from 12 years €75.00–85.00, children aged 7 to 11 €37.50–42.50, children up to 6 €18.75–21.25.
Example: 8 adults and 2 children (aged 8 and 4). 7 adults are included; surcharge per night (outside 15 Dec – 6 Jan) €75.00 + €37.50 + €18.75 = €131.25.

Can we hold a celebration here?
Yes, small celebrations and ceremonies in the chapel are possible. For parties with guests who are not staying overnight, please use the event enquiry.

Where do I park?
Directly in the car park on the right in front of the house, or on the street. Please do not park on the left side of the car park; those spaces are rented out.
Are pets allowed?
No, pets are not permitted.
