Equipment: Wi-Fi throughout the house, a flipchart and a large smart TV for presentations, either in the penthouse or in the first-floor living room.

Single occupancy: all rooms with a double bed can also be booked for one person. In the penthouse loft the two beds stand in one open space: there is a privacy screen between them but no sound insulation, as there are no separate bedrooms there.

Getting here from Munich
40 minutes to the Stube
Car: via the A96 to the Greifenberg exit and along the west shore to Dießen, or via the A95 and the B2 to Riederau. Parking on the right in front of the house or on the street.
Train: S4 to Geltendorf, then the regional train towards Weilheim as far as Riederau; just under 10 minutes’ walk from the station.
Munich Airport: S8 to Munich Central Station, then the S4 to Geltendorf and on as above.
